The Pennsylvania General Assembly Files Resolution to Term Limit Congress
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives filed a resolution applying to participate in a national Term Limits Amendment Convention. By using Article V of the U.S. Constitution, 34 state legislatures are needed to call a convention to propose a congressional term limits amendment. The concurrent resolution (HR444) was introduced this week by prime sponsor Representative Ryan Mackenzie. Read more. | |
